The Tech-Centric Era - We have been in the IT industry for over 17 years, and one thing we got to agree upon is that IT services are usually technical oriented, A blind spot—a chasm between tech, code and customer. We decided we needed to change IT services to no longer be just about technical implementation and systems. The Birth of CDE: Customer-Driven Engineering - We embraced a radical transformation. We coined a new term: Customer-Driven Engineering (CDE). It wasn’t just a process; it was a cultural shift from the IT service you know, to the Customer-Driven Playbook. The playbook taught us how to convert an organizations employees feedback into actionable insights that would lead to a successful IT solution.
